I finally found my blank SDs!! I'm excited because I've got several ideas of things I want to do, but before I totally waste any sheets, I thought I'd ask what people have experienced as far as using home printers on SDs.

i dont know if this is allowed here but could someone make this for me... and give me possible prices?

So, I'm very very new to making shrinky dinks and I need some 411.
Sorry for being a complete n00b and asking dumb questions.

What are the best things to use on your SD? like, color wise? Sharpies, colored pencils, markers, paint? I'm clueless as to whats safe, better looking, etc.

What prevents them from curling up?

Embossing Powder, what is that?

And anything else you guys think I should know.

I just got back from Hobby Lobby and bought some White Krylon Fusion for Plastic spray, but I'm not totally sure if I got what I needed. I just want to make my pieces look glossier instead of chalky. Any suggestions?

I printed and baked a shinky dink. Then I coated it with an acrylic spray. It left my shrinky dink looking really grainy and crappy. Has anyone had this problem. Could it be the type of sheet I used. Or the acrylic spray. I used Krylon Triple Thick Glaze.

I've just started making jewelry using shrinky dinks over the summer....But they're so much fun to do and so addicting!
